Beauty Points not available on orders using coupon codes and discounted orders. Points will not necessarily automatically go on to your account held within the salon booking database, it is up to you to request they get added when purchasing from our salon website shop.
Beauty Points awarded for purchases through Espa Website after 30 days and only with investigated proof of purchase based on 20% of total bill.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for outside practitioner bookings.

This is a free service available within 2-3 days and for a further 10 days if you wish to collect your order from our Salon in person. Please bring along a copy of your order, and to prevent fraud we are unable to release your order without seeing your payment card. If we sent you the wrong item, if the item is damaged or faulty or where you are returning a substitute item which you do not want to keep please contact us directly for details on how to return.
We do not offer free returns, however you can make your own return using any secure service. We do recommend using a sign for service to provide proof of return. Returns should be sent to the following address –

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been opened or used and it it’s original packaging. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items and your refund, which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued via email.
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher.
